ABOUT MRS. OWENS
I have a Bachelor's Degree from East Tennessee State University.
I have been employed by Bristol Tennessee City Schools here at Holston View for 20+ yrs. I worked as an Educational Assistant in Kindergarten my first year, as an Educational Assistant in 3rd grade for 15 years, and I've been teaching computer skills to grades PK-6 in the N.E.T.S. (National Education Technology Standards) lab since leaving 3rd grade. 
I am also the Laptop Help Desk Admin., and HV Webmaster.  

The Help Desk is located in the library this year.  Enter through the Library door on the Pod A/B side and the Help Desk is located in the 2nd room on the right.

The students enjoy learning to type using this interactive site. We will be using this program in grades 2, 3, and 4 this year to learn keyboarding skills. Your child may practice this at home.
